Jobs - ALL J1 Destinations
Although it is a good idea to pre-arrange a job before you go, studying for exams can prevent you putting too much effort into finding it. If you do not have a job already, try your best to get Stateside as early as possible (end of May, early June) to beat the rush of potential employees in the same boat as you. DO scout for a job before you go; even if you don’t actually get one, sending your CV ahead of time and contacting the prospective employer when you get there can be a big help.
